Mortified at losing the Wisconsin Debate Championship, Nikki Murrow hides in a closet, only to find two imps there from the Realm of Reason. They have traveled to her school to find a scholar who will save their realm from the dark forces of superstition and ignorance. The imps decide that Nikki is the scholar who will save them.
